I recently addicted to brushes from www.bittbox.com. This guy has some of the best Photoshop Brushes around the Internet. Why? High resolution, professional, artistic, and..FREE.

How to use?1. Download the file and unzip it.

2. Copy the .abr file to your Photoshop/Presets/Brushes folder.

3. In your Photoshop Brushes palette, click on the arrow in the upper right and click on “Load Brushes.”

4. Navigate until you find the file and load it (Photoshop/Presets/Brushes/BB_HiRes_ink.abr )

Note: If you have Photoshop CS2, then it should work with CS1 version. If you have Photoshop version 7 and earlier, then you have to download the PNGs and make the brushes yourself.

There are some other good vectors and brushes for illustrator at bittbox.com too. Make sure to come there and take a look if you like these brushes.
